Cheese and Mold
Our cheeses are natural products without preservatives. As a result, after a certain amount of time, mold may appear on the exterior of the cheese. In such cases, it is no reason to panic or throw away the cheese. When mold appears, simply cut or wipe it away. There is no health risk associated with such formations. |

Are Artisanal Cheeses Fattening?
Most artisanal cheeses contain 41% fat on average. Our cheeses, on the other hand, have an average rate of 34% fat. This lower percentage of fat derives from the quality of our milk, which is very high in proteins. |

Storing Your Cheese
Our cheese will keep for a long time if you store it in a cool and dry place, such as your refrigerator. If you like your cheese to have a stronger flavor, you can let it mature by storing it in a temperature of 13-14° Celsius (55-57 ° Fahrenheit). We recommend you cover the cheese with plastic wrap to prevent the cheese from drying out. Our fresh cheese(cottage cheese) should be kept in the refrigerator until the date indicated on the package. |

Good for Your Teeth

Some studies suggest that drinking raw, high quality milk from farms may protect children against, or lessen the symptoms of, asthma and certain allergies. Cooking with raw milk will not negate this positive influence, although the processing of milk after it leaves the dairy may. The consumption of raw cow's milk, however, is not recommended for children of less than one year because it contains germs and microbes that may present serious health risks. The consumption of eggs from free-range chickens also has been shown to have health benefits. (Source: American Press reports)
